Alder Grove is a fee-for-service group. Our rates and accepted insurance coverage are listed below. Fees are due at time of service.
Insurance
We accept most major insurances including Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Colorado Medicaid, United Health/Optum, and Tricare. Please note that not all Alder Grove providers are in-network with these insurances, and mental health benefits vary for medication management and therapy. We suggest confirming in-network coverage directly with your plan’s member services prior to scheduling an appointment with one of our providers.
For insurance plans that we are considered out-of-network for, we can provide you with a detailed receipt for each session upon request. You may use this receipt to file for reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.
We currently accept some insurances for medication management appointments only. Please contact our scheduler, Sara, for more information.
Therapist Rates
Helen E. Thilly, LCSW
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes:
- Individual therapy, $210
- Couples/Family therapy, $230
Kelly L. Caywood, MS, PhD
- Individual therapy (55 minutes) $240
- Couples/Family therapy (65 minutes), $265
Rachael Saffa, LCSW
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes:
- Individual therapy, $135
Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse Rates:
- Initial consultation: $350
- Follow-up visit: $175
Additional Rate Information
- Add-on services: Letter writing, care coordination, school consultations, and any additional services are billed at $50 for every 15-minute increment.
- Payment: Cash, checks, and most credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
- Cancellation policy: You will be charged a fee per current practice policies for missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24-hours notice.
